Once we complete your hearing tests, we can determine whether you need hearing aids and if so, the type of hearing aids you need.
Your hearing tests tell us the exact nature of your hearing loss and allows us to determine if hearing instruments are appropriate for you. After we determine whether you'll benefit from amplification, we will recommend hearing devices that fit your budget and lifestyle, including assistive listening devices.
When your new hearing aids are fitted, you'll have a full 30-day adjustment period. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the results, you can return the hearing aids for a full refund.
We will program your new hearing aids based on your computerized test results and then give you word testing in one of our sound-treated booths. This is a great way to hear the sounds you've been missing in your life and to evaluate what hearing aids can do for you.
If the examination of your ears or the hearing test results indicate that your hearing loss is due to a medical problem, we can refer you back to your physician for further care.
